The Microsoft source for this clearly says 100k shipped. Which Xbox fans immediately ignored the "shipped" portion of.  See gaf thread, it's understood by the mods already. 

If they were sold through, we would've already gotten confirmation. However, we didn't. This also contradicts the 116k preorders mymuro claimed about a week or two week ago.

OT: I'm actually kinda disappointed with the X1's launch. I expected a lot more sales, like 250k. 100k in one of the largest markets at launch isn't good enough imo

Yes, provide the link to the wrong thread you made and pretend that the correct one never existed... -__-" Maybe you weren't the one who made it, but the X1 Nation thread made a huge deal out of the 100k+ preorders (which apparently never happened). There was so much buzz about the X1 going over 100k preorders in China, but we saw the contrary. It has reached 100k and not only that, that figure is most likely shipped numbers.

Not to mention, it's impossible for me to contradict myself when I expected a much better performance from the X1 than this. No competition, a nearly week long delay for a better launch library, and advertisements. All this and 100k? The X1 could've easily done better.
