But if games on Xbox One start to have the same frame-rate and resolution as the Playstation 4 version, you have to ask yourself, what is really going on? People make threads that it is over and the PS4 is already the winner. And I make threads stating that you don't know the future and that the Xbox One can end up selling more consoles. What is wrong with that? As I recall when the Playstation 3 was 5 million behind the Xbox 360 at practically the same time because Microsoft launched the Xbox 360 one year earlier and Sony launched the Playstation 3 at $500 just like Xbox One, and $600 dollars. I recall many people saying the gap would close. Now what am I saying different from those people? |
If its a multi platform game it will mean they held back PS4 version to parity.
Because it is, MS them selves said first to 10m means generation winner.
We know more then enough to know it will never out sale PS4, anyone with any market retail experience already knows this. Products dont just go from dud to mega hit.
PS3 had plenty advantages over 360 that the X1 does not have over Ps4, not a single one. Thats hows its different, they had things like superior brand name far more powerfull hardware 360s RedRing Sonys 1st party and Eu/Japan being sony land in the xbox vs PS 7th gen battle.
