Is Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes worth US$ 29,99 ?

I got less enjoyment out of Ground Zeroes than I did from the free MGS2 demo in 2001.  It has a little replayability but who has time for that busy work?  Even a huge MGS fan is missing nothing by skipping it.
