Its rather pretty obvious which one you WANT to win, but that wouldn't be the case in this battle.

Samus doesn't stand a chance against Kratos. Mario can be killed by a bullet from Drake. The others will be easily killed by Zeus.

Her suit variations can stand being in Lava, handle gravity 80x stronger than the sun's, her visors give her knowledge of what the Chozo knew, has super missiles upon impact cause a mini earthquake, nuclear bombs that can blow up central park, can run up to speeds of mach 5 and launch herself as a weapon and taking NO DAMAGE running in this speed, has freeze, charge, and a Hyper Beams that incinerates foes, has a screw attack that damages her foes and makes her invincible to ANY DAMAGE and this is not even timed. I haven't even mentioned her Metroid prime abilities. Also she seems to have Spider Man-like agility...

Really what the hell is Kratos slow ass gonna do if Samus runs at this speed towards his chest or head? Shell leave a human sized hole there that's what....

Really, I can literally create a Faces of Death video on how many ways Samus can kill Kratos.

Could all those powers prevent Samus from being defeated by Mario in any SSB game? Well if Mario can easily beat Samus in any SSB game, your argument really becomes weak.
