Unfortunately your entire thesis missed one glaring point. Hardware.

Nintendo's software is too unique and inherently demanding that it takes specific requirements in hardware to ensure the cosmic balance between gameplay and immersion.

It is not that Nintendo hasn't tried to put its software on other consoles, PS3 and 360 most recently, its just that the high levels of quality required by Nintendo software are not achieved on Sony and MS hardware.

Panasonic was able to meet this this highly unique set of specifications and released a highly successful "Q". This genius of a platform has been the only non-Nintendo console able to meet such feat. Surely it will be a long, long time before we see such a miraculous achievement again.

So I say to you, do NOT put forth your blame on Nintendo, yet, stare angerly toward the real criminals, MS and Sony.
