Well, I don't believe on this rumour. Even if it was coming from an insider or something better than a single YouTube comment I wouldn't believe that much. 900p/30 or 720p/60 would be the minimum that I would believe for a rumour, and that's the absolutely and not much likely minimum.

I'd believe 720p 60 fps, but half res and framerate is to ridiculous for me to believe. I'd have trouble believing that even if the developer said it lol.
