Does Shadow of Mordor Run at 720p/30fps on Xbox One?

A huge problem for X1 moving forward is the end of cross gen happening slowly over the next 6-24 months for various titles and franchises. A great deal of the games we have seen the X1 not do too badly in have been crossgen and designed to run on gen7.
