Yeap it is new... the location exists in the map but no mission or anything to play there... you can't go there and play at all... so it is a new planet to explore... you can't go there yet.
BTW why are you repetiting what I'm saying? it is some kind of sarcarms ou are you not undestanding what I'm saying? lol
