People are still talking about it because there's not much else to play right now. Warframe is good but seriously focused on microtransactions. I know that its F2P but its really forced. Noone really wants to search for days to find pieces of a warframe to then let it build for a day.

 

 

Searching is what an MMO is about. The thing about it is while searching Warframe has a lot of variety. Something Destiny lacks in spades.

 

Why do people like to throw around "MMO"? Destiny and Warframe are not MMOs. I agree Warframe is deeper and has a ton more variety in missions, but it's not solid and wouldn't pass as a retail game.


Hmm. If Warframe shouldn't be a retail game, then Destiny should be in beta for another 2 years. Warframe is a much more complete game than Destiny. Sure Destinies production values are better but the rest of it is a shambles.

 

 

Warframe has a lot more value than Destiny if both were 50 quid. It is concerning that game developers will look at Destiny and say hey we can make a game with no story, lack of content, no variety and sell loads of story in doc and sell 5 million week 1 with reviews not allowed before the game releases.

 

 

I'm concerned about this generation first resolutiongate, now gamers are lying down to accept Destiny. If people want fun playing shooters together theirs games out there this generation with actual variety, clans etc. You don't have to put up with rinse and repeat Destiny because the hype was so big.

 

 

I've never quite seen anything like it in gaming before.
