His best answer was he saying to look to the others games... it is not a PES 2015 issue... he hints they dropped the resolution for locked 60fps.

Yep, which is exactly what I said early on. They probably could have made it 900p/30fps but decided framerate was more important and dropped it to 720p/60fps, which is understandable for a game that requires fluency.
