I see him kill the entire mario squad, fire emblem squad, zelda squad etc. But mewtwo alone could send kratos to a mental institution, after spooking his head with memories of his past. Especially memories of his daughter, he would simply make all his enemies appear to him as his daughter which he can´t slay again.

Great bossfight though now I really want a God of War type of title on the PS4. 

Even if Mewtwo is part of the SSB cast Kratos can easily kill him before he even makes a move. If he can be defeated by other Pokemons, he can most certainly be killed by Kratos.

Also a GOW game on PS4 is very likely. Its one of Sony's biggest IP's on consoles after all.
