You're asking me about something I didn't write: "from decently to well" is quite different from a simple "well". "From decently to well" for me is anything not bad and at the same time sustainable. If after Summer slump XBOne hadn't increased at least a little, the outlook, beyond the raw numbers, would be terribly worse, but as XBOne is showing very good boosts in America and at least decent ones elsewhere when big titles launch, sales, if evaluated together with outlook too, can be considered from decent to good. Nothing more, nothing less, and a bad BF+Xmas could make my evaluation drop again, the market is dynamic, not static. During Summer before adjustments, both sales and outlook were horrible, for example.
