It was a common joke to pretend sex acts with a Ronald McDonalds the local McDonald's by teenagers. Why? They are bored.
On the video. The audience is awful and needs to understand speech rhythms and not cheer every line. On the point I agree we should be critical of other cultures and not excuse everything. Mutilation and oppression of women is real and I don't care what excuse anyone uses to justify it, I will never respect it.
