Some of you people are hilarious.
N64 made them money. Gamecube made them money. Wii made them a SHIT-ton of money. Wii U, after a rocky start, is now finally making them money. And that is to speak nothing of the non-stop stellar sales of the Game Boy and DS portable lines.
The better question is, why WOULDN'T Nintendo make another console eventually?
