Not after Fusion, she isn't. She's a metroid/human hybrid at that point, she even takes on their strengths and weaknesses.

According to Sakamoto, when Samus absorbed the SA-X, she "recovered her genetic condition." After the events of Fusion, she is back to being part human, part Chozo, no parts Metroid. But her armor still maintains the appearance of the Fusion Suit.
