...it's their digital store's quality. Seriously, take the PSN - in recent years, the prices and deals have become amazing. I've bought Ni no Kuni for $7 for crying out loud. Tomb Raider cost me $20 when it was just a few months old. And I don't even wanna talk about Steam or PC games in general, those are ridiculous.

Now Nintendo? Their eShop is really not that great. They have a decent deal celebrating Smash Bros as we speak ($20 for DKCR 3D and $30 for Tropical Freeze), but I have the feeling their prices NEVER go down. Maybe for you first-worlders who can walk at a random store and find some game for $10 at a bargain bin or something it's no huge deal. But the rest of the world? Curtain Call would probably cost me the equivalent of US$60 for example.

 

I don't know if I made myself clear. (and I don't know the current state of Microsoft's online store so...)
