The PSAS have no chance against the Smash Bros. Here's why:
Samus Aran: Samus with the Endgame Suit in Super Metroid is one of the most broken characters in Video Game history. Her Screw Attack makes her INVUNERABLE to ALL ATTACKS, and there is NO LIMIT to how long she can do it. PluS everything she touches gets hurt or dies. If she spams Screw Attack on Kratos he can't hurt her and boom... Kratos IS SCREWED (see what I did there?). That plus Super Missiles that shake the screen, Super Bombs that take up the whole screen, and a 10- foot long Hyper Beam that is like the first OHK in the history of gaming (it literally incinerates ememies).
Sonic: Sonic is the fastest thing alive! He goes light speed. He'll kill them all 7 times before they even realized they've been attacked!
Link: Link has ALWAYS BEEN AN UNDERDOG AND THAT'S HIS STRONG POINT. They'll probably have a Davy vs. Goliath thing going against him and we know how that story turned out. Plus Link has 15 GENERATIONS of saving the world (Each game is another generation. Hence why his name is Link. Each Hero is Linked to one another spiritually). Even Kratos would have his hands full with his stragedy, puzzle solving ability to exploint EVERY ENEMIES WEAKNESS, let alone someone like Dante or Raiden. That and he has the Triforce of Courage, Medallians that can cause earthquakes, thunderstorms, and volcanic eruptions, bombs, God Blessed weapons, temporary invulerability, and the video game eqivilant of Batman's utility belt at his disposal.
Ike: The Slayer of the Gods and the Hero of Blue Flame. He destroyed a Demi-God Mad King and saved a Kingdom from genocide, defeated a Medieval Darth Vader TWICE, Killed a Dragon-God, and killed the Goddess that created the World. I swear it's like this guy eats steroids for Breakfast....
The Duckhunt Dog: Troll laughing while Smash chars pwns all of them.
This is omitting the Broken Ness, Pit, broken Kirby, Palutena, Meta Knight, Mega Man, Gannondorf, Princess Zelda, Mario, and MANY more.
P.S. Just because the character in those games have an "M" for Mature rating don't mean the Smash Heroes aren't as badass as them...
