Most reviews were average. And some people claimed this game would be a COD and Halo killer, and it clearly isn't. 

Don't know what you think 'average' is but even people's precious metacritic has 30 or more reviews at 8 or above. And more than 50% in their 'positive' section. 

It may not be a CoD killer but to call it troubled is ridiculous.
