That is the biggest assumption I've ever seen in my life. I like Halo the games are good but this idea that they are so much different then other shooter is ridiculous.
Really the only FPS that I can think of that was different was the first F.E.A.R. game. The AI in that game was insane they would make serious attempts to try and flank you. Other then that most FPS games are the same and I don't notice much difference. The sad thing is I thought AI would get better after that game but it's pretty mucht the same thing. At least Destiny's AI actually looks for cover once their shields go down. It's annoying as hell to me but it makes the game harder.
