Didn't stop COD from getting high scores, great sales, and millions of players why would it stop Destiny.

because - and I can't believe I'm about to type this - at least CoD had a fun campaign.  Sure, it was stupid american patriotic nonsense that was just plain aggressively dumb, but it had action, it had action set pieces, it had actual character and story.

Destiny is a bland, generic, absolutely-nothing-happens game wherein you repeat the same levels ad nauseum to do slightly different tasks while fighting the same enemies over and over agian.  Even the world was really big but there wasn't a lot going on, the story was barely there, and it's really only good at all if you have friends to play it with...which I do, but I don't care for online gaming that much.

This game is only fun if you like repetitive, grindy tasks playing co op with friends.

And Borderlands did it better, had more content, and actually had character and heart.

Oh jesus if you think COD had a fun campaign then we are clearly never going to agree on anything when it comes to games. How anyone can say COD has a fun campaign and then turn around and chastise Destiny which has set pieces that are 10X harder and require 10X more skill I'll never know. To each his own I guess.

The only thing COD does better is competitive multiplayer. The PVP in Destiny is ridiculous sometimes but it's still fun.
