Granted, it was yet another scoop of bad luck for Microsoft that this appears to be a very down year for CoD. Obviously, we can't call it a trend yet, but it does merit attention.

I think Sony is playing the ad game much better than MS, at this point.  I mean, you're going to purchase exclusive advertising for a game that is HUGE in EU, which is pretty much Sony land?  And for a multiplat that is well known in that region to also be coming to the PS4.  At least Sony is doing it for new IPs that some of the less informed may think is a true exclusive, or for those who are informed, ties that franchise to the PS brand.
