There you have another example of the gaming industry being stupid.
Even if a game is limited to 1 copy how does this affect GOTY at all? If its the best game in the world and just 1 person can own it (reviewers still get their review copy) what exactly disqualifies it from being goty?
TBH games that lose value because there is way to much of them should be disqualified from being GOTY the same way then. They lack value because they are not rare.
