I'll have to parrot Naughty Dog. Not all of their games are good, but most of them before and after Sony acquired them have been.
Rockstar games is another. I'm not sure if Take Two acquired them before GTA or not, because there's one version of the game released without the Take Two logo, one with the logo. Regardless of when they bought them. Rockstar is the only reason Take Two is worth anything.
