He then says " I don't want to be frantically pushing buttons", makes me believe he is comparing it to Type-0 and not your typical FF game. Type-0 was a pretty challenging game and if his goals are to make FF "more casual", then we could probably end up with a Final Fantasy no different from the rest.

Or maybe it's just shit PR and we're worrying over nothing.He says casual without sacrificing the gameplay depth, which is pretty much any dev's wish.

When you start any RPG first battle is about attacking and maybe use a pot. This doesn't make every RPG casual.

Eh, we just need to wait for the demo honestly. Or Jump Festa when we get more info about XV.
