It's a Vita without a screen and buttons for $99.

You get to play the PSX/PSVita/PSP games you own, can stream PS4 games from your PS4, it will be PSNow compatible thus giving you PS2 and PS3 games. All in a tiny box for a tiny price. The cons - you need a Vita memory card, a DualShock and a TV

I will be getting one for sure

So,the console will have it's own menu screen, seperate from the ps4.

Sure, it uses a Vita bubble menu screen, you select the bubbles with the analog stick and open them up with X

The PS4 streaming is just an app, just like PS3 streaming app, Youtube, etc.

It is basically a Vita for people who don't like handhelds

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
