I personally think it's pretty well balanced as there's a counter to everything,unless your just starting the game. I agree that the story does suck,can't argue that,but the multiplayer is really fun and addictive in my mind. |
It is balanced... I can play with high users with a new char easily because most stats didn't works in PVP.
Iron Baner is supose to arrive and release the stats and level in PVP after Octuber.
