I'm still puzzled by Yoshida's last words on it

"We're developing it at top form now. Maybe i've said too much" or something along those lines.
Wtf does that mean? How is "developing it at top form" saying too much, what does that expression even hint at? And can we even trust the translation from japanese? lol
