The game is around 55% complete. This number started on the point the Type-0 and Versus XIII teams merged, the game was changed to FFXV and Tabata joined the team. That was around 2 years ago, in 2012.
I say the will be released in 2016. Late 2015 is probably an optmistic prediction.
