But there is a big difference between listening now when sales are on the line versus listening then when wallets couldn't really be voted with. Because despite saying its easy to find I can't find it. I mean, you say they changed from reveal to launch, but they flat out said the same thing at E3, months after the reveal, and months before launch. To add insult to injury, they sent out a letter after the policy change after launch. You mean to tell me the creator of the best word processor on the planet can't release a public statement saying "We're considering it", "Please Understand" or "Ok"? @E3:
