Yeah I remeber seeing you be able to play as the whole party, albeit 1 member at a time so hopefully thats still in the game.

yeah i saw that trailer, but since that trailer was from way back when the game used to be called FF Versus 13 i thought they changed their plans when they went "next" gen and made it so you could only play as the protagonist, but i do hope he is just talking about the demo and that you can actually play as all of them in the actual game.

Noctis is the only one with the ability to teleport and use magic, I'm pretty sure he is the only controllable character in the actual game, it almost doesn't make sense to control the other character because they have no special abilities of their own.
