Can PS4 Sell more in its First Year Than Wii U Can in its Lifetime?

Some of us here do not think Wii U will sell past 20 million. Ps4 is looking to have about 18 million sales in its first year. Can PS4 first year sales be greater than Wii U lifetime sales?
