3D Mario on 3DS, will have a mario 64/sunshine style of gameplay instead of 3D Land style
Majora's Mask 3D for 3DS 
Kid Icarus: Uprsing 2 for 3DS
Metroid Prime 4 for Wii U
New Animal Crossing for Wii U
Luigi's Mansion 3 for Wii U

This is what I would really want to see from Nintendo's E3
