Which console is the best for indies?

If your only goal is to get your game on consoles, they are the best. Sony is great too, but it takes more work/dedication on your part. My game is exclusive to PS4 so obviously I think it's worth it, but I've been working on it full time for over a year. You don't seem like you have that amount of time to spend.

I have no first hand experience with Microsoft, but for new/smaller guys they are the worse of the three.

I have no clue, but I think you must think first about the type of people who would buy you game, try to find the shortest way to get to that people... I know it sounds too "common sense " type of advice but with no further info its unwise to give one more specific than this. Good luck.
