Uncharted was too horror for you? Wow, I didn't think those areas were that bad at all past the initial "Oh crap! What the hell?". Well TF2 and Portal ought to be okay for you. Half-Life 2 and episodes aren't total horror, but they have some segments that can scare (Ravenholm tops that list). Not to mention poison headcrabs and especially the fast and poison zombies. 

Half Life isn't scary! It just has a 'tight' feeling... Because you go from climax to climax with few moments to actually 'rest'... The game is like a rollercoaster, a rollercoaster that takes 25 hours if you fully enjoy it (includes Episode 1 and 2 playthrough)
