One of the many unknowns. You are right to question it as many in the UK, Scotland and abroad wondered the same thing, that being 'Is now really a good time?' I happened because a nationalist party got majority it a local government. The same will occur is any of the nationalist parties across Europe get voted in, they may want indpendence from the EU. Countries populations have sadly latched on to Nationalist Parties more sine the financial crisis.
