I dont see how my case against Nick can be used against me, when so many other people also noticed his poor play and questioning his motives/ overall play.

While he did end up being Terran, the cases against him were concrete... It was just poor play on his part that got so many people to suspect him (Ironic, considering my careless/poor play with the l1 is the main case you have against me)

At the bold,

No, not hardly. you're case was flimsy.  you twice used daytalk as an argument, http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=6658094, and http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=6664738

Making the assumption of an unusual rule hardly makes a concrete case.

Next up, lets break down how those somehow make him scum, the first because his teammates told him to explain his vote, so you accusing of eric and imp of being the scum buddies because its in the next few posts where he replies with them that he does explain more. In fact he's had quite a few posts to make it clear well before you came in to call it a bandwagon, eventually you answer a question and he moves his vote, now claim it's when he was confronted over it it the first post I listed, but he changed it after you answered his question, while that was also after TOS voted him, the vote wasn't about his vote on you.  (The fact that TOS was the one to pop in there is quite interesting, he does seem to do that A LOT)

The second is trying to say that his vote on himself was them trying to get sympathy, how do you think that was good strategy to recomend when he wasn't anywhere near that sort of danger? It brought MORE attention to himself.

I've also come to ralize prof was pobably far from joking, he reads way too into this game and knows what scum are more likely to do, all your quotes made it scream mafia.
