Not to sound rude, but do you have a source or som3thing explaining who brought it in and why? Not doubting you, just want to see more info.
From what I am hearing that games in China will be sold at a bargain price, my guess is MS want to stop exports. Something the Chinese government would not want to stop seeing as games would still be sold in China.
