My 1st reaction was you have an issue with your PSU
2nd reaction was your video card has driver issues
3rd reaction is you tried to OC and you have stability issues.

360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
