I see comments about Don Mattrick on here, but let's be honest. Don Mattrick wasn't the only one who helped create the Xbox One design and was nothing more than the scape goat. If you read about his work with Microsoft before he became CEO, he's one of the people who's responsible for the Xbox brand being as big as it is in the first place.  He's not the Ken Kutaragi of Xbox, but he's similar.  One of the people responsible for the systems success, one massive mistake and he loses his position.

Kaz has been given chance after chance. Like Don, he has the final say in what goes, so while it's not entirely him that's making these decisions, he's passing them. Kaz hasn't made just one massive blunder, he's made several. Kaz is really undeserving of the position as the company has went further into debt with him at he helm.

That's a bit harsh. If your previous captain puts giant holes in your boat, it's not really your fault that the ship is sinking. Especially if you try your hardest to fix the holes. Not fixing all holes at once is not a blunder. I'm not saying that someone else coldn't have done it better but if the ship is deeper in the water than it was before you took over that's not your failure, that's physics.

By your logic every leader of a first world country is the worst ever because under every new leader the debt grows.
