You can call BS all you like, you'd be wrong. Halo and all those multiplats are open to a much, much bigger potential target audience. So yes, very exciting.

Everything else coming on the WiiU is icing on the cake for WiiU owners, but it won't sell any hardware. Bayo and Hyrule ect are as niche as they come.

WiiU rides on selling Smash to core Nintendo fans this holiday, and Amibo to Skylanders/Disney Infinity fans (market is dying down anyway).

XB1 has the advantage of all its games appealing to the mass audience that had PS360's (125m+). Sure the majority will chose PS4, but there is a lot left over that will want XB1 too.

Hence as we're seeing/will see. Madden, Destiny ect. Multiplats selling XB1's.

See the UK split btw for Destiny?

I can't be wrong for an opinion. I can call bullshit, but I never said you were wrong because you have your opinion. You are basing your opinion on facts that aren't even related to upcoming first party Wii U games.

Honestly, just admit you are just as clueless as I am in regard to this holiday. You are making so many bold claims like you have researched this or you know crowds.

PS3 and 360 are slowing down quite a bit. Halo is not the system seller it once was, relying on re-releases to even sell the game now. Those potential audiences have all moved to the PS4, the Xbox is just running on a niche crowd at the moment.

Wii U, although true sells to core Nintendo fans, there is the non-core crowd that will buy a Wii U for Smash and other titles coming and past titles. Amiibos are selling out at retailers so it shows a strong demand for those.

XB1 really has no advantage it has Halo. That game only appeals to low-brow dude-bro gamers whom if they were given a good proper game would say it sucks and compare it to CoD.

Also what does Destiny have to do with anything? Destiny will not sell during the holiday.

I have the last two years to draw on, more than enough for me to have a clue how this holiday will roll. It's people claiming WiiU is gonna make a comeback they need to provide a valid argument, because we've seen nothing of the sort despite many different methods of trying.

Halo is not a system seller. Is it not? How do you know? Halo 4 in 2012 was never going to shift as many Xbox's as Halo 3 in 2007 did, the game still sold 8m+ tho, the franchise is intact.

That crowd has not all moved to PS4, hence why XB1 is at 5.5 mill units and not 0. XB1 has the advantage of having a clear defined target audience. Wheather you like it or not, not every person looking for a next gen console will chose a PS4 over XB1 simply because it's a bit more powerful and has good word of mouth.

In regards to Destiny. You either didn't read or missed the point entirely. The ratio to PS4 shows us that multiplats are selling XB1's. 47% to 36%. If as you and every other person claims on here, that multiplats won't shift XB1's, the ratio would have been a gulf between the two. Except it isn't, wasn't with Madden either. And COD sells more on XB1 than PS4 in the states most months despite PS4 having a userbase advantage.

It's a myth that many have clinged onto, that multiplats don't sell XB1's. They have and will, especially this holiday.
