Thats really, really not true and a far, far, far too simplistic and black vs. white take on what has happened.
Edit: I´m not saying the western european countrys had a hand in this/ provocated the germans or whatever, but just that it´s a very complicated issue that can´t be reduced to "they had fun murdering all those people, so they did" .
