I'm pretty sure they won't fire Kaz just yet. Aren't his "plans" not supposed to take effect until 2016? I imagine they'll keep him around just to see how it turns out in 2016, but if Sony can't eliminate/minimize losses by then... I dunno, I don't think firing anyone is really going to save Sony if that happens to be honest.
