After Watch Dogs, Titanfall, and Destiny, is 2014 the Year of Too Much Hype?

This guy has an avatar with Bayonetta on it and he's still talking about overhype. Guy, you know Bayonetta share this same particularity ? 2 screenshots of the games and Wii U owners went shit, even when the first one was a meh Beat'em all. Your opinion is definitely in the minority. Many/ Most people who´ve played it consider it one of the best character action games ever made alongside DMC 3&4. Even the critics loved it (not that I give a damn about reviews) with a metascore of 90 .

So it´s not all that surprising that people anticipate a sequel. Compare that to games that promised the world (Destiny and Watch Dogs)....and delivered "ok" games at most.
