Kaz Hirai = Bad results but tons of smart move. Plus, he's sony most likeable face right now.
Gamers understand no shit in companies activities. You don't fire CEO like that, Howard Stinger was an over the top bad CEO, same goes for Ken Kutaragi - no CEO but still important - who had lost it at the end.
Kar Hirai is fine, the problem is somewhere else.
