The only place it can flourish is in PC... but even with the fixed prices I believe with time we may see a diferenciation between physical and digital even on the console stores... but for that people would need to stop buying digital for basically the same price forfeiting the right to resell and lend just for the commodity not to leave the couch or wait for the shipping. Since we know that won't happen we don't have much hope.
