After Watch Dogs, Titanfall, and Destiny, is 2014 the Year of Too Much Hype?

This happened because it's 2014, an even year. If all three games lived up to the hype, we'd have three STRONG contenders for GOTY. That can't happen on an even year. Even years suck, with a few exceptions here and there. The universe made sure they wouldn't reach the 90+ metascore.
