Perfectly understood the OP and my point is exactly about it. Buying Minecraft is not only about the game... I'm not going to explain it again if you cannot comprehend why. So asking for a AAA game vs Minecraft is just pointless as you need to take into consideration other factor such as the brand value which is in that case WAY more than the game itself.

You didnt understand the OP, if you had, you would understand he was talking about gamers point of view and not corporate pov so we dont care about the brand value for them.

Look, you may want or believe that we should be talking about a gamer point of view but in no way the OP is asking about a gamer point of view specicaly , esp while posting dev. cost...
