Japan invaded them in some ocasions, so I would say that they hate America more. But, then again, USA dropped 2 bombs in Japan and, yet, they consume american stuff, so...
Also, Brazil killed 2/3 of Paraguay population in the Paraguay War and they do recieve us very well when we visit...
