That is indeed a bold prediction, but not impossible either. I think it depends on whether the PS4 picks up in Japan this month and how much it sells on NPD. If the PS4 manages to sell like 700k on NPD, then yeah, 1.5M is definitely possible. However, it's really hard to predict the outcome. Even if the PS4 doesn't hit 1.5M for September, it will get pretty close to that target.
