Still not sure about this deal though.... If they can keep all the creative tallent there and happy, then I think this will be a good thing for them, I just hope Mojang doesn't fall apart like Rare did. Also on a sidenote, if they are willing to go out and buy Mojang for 2.5B, then why the heck haven't they gotten Playground Games (Forza Horizon Dev.) yet?? They would be an excellent addition the the Xbox family, and seem to already have a good relationship with MS. |
They already own the IP I believe.
But this is more about mobile then console IMO. MS seems to be loosing interest and are more concered with the mobile marketplace as they have proven time and time again they will not give up on it! This is going all the way back to when Palm was king and they tried pushing Windows CE... They want this.
